WE ARE NOT TAKING DONATIONS FROM ANYONE WITH OWNERSHIP STAKE IN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES OR LOBBYISTS THAT REPRESENT THEM. NOT ONLY IS IT A BLATANT CONFLICT OF INTEREST

- WE WILL PUSH DEVELOPERS TO BUILD COMMUNITY CENTERS AND COMMERCIAL BUSINESS SPACE WITH ANY NEW PROJECTS THAT NEED OUR APPROVAL.
- WE WILL MAKE SURE NOT TO APPROVE ANY PROJECT THAT DOESN'T HAVE ROOM FOR EVERY INCOME LEVEL, SO THAT OUR NEIGHBORS DON'T GET PUSHED OUT.
- WE WILL FIGHT FOR NYC TO INCREASE THE VALUE OF HOUSING VOUCHERS.
- I WILL ADVOCATE FOR NYC TO CONTRIBUTE MORE TO A PLAN FOR FULLY FUNDING NYCHA REPAIRS.
- WE WILL ADVOCATE FOR COMMUNITY LAND TRUSTS TO BE INVOLVED IN THE LONG TERM HOUSING PLAN OF THE CITY.
- WE WILL ALLOW COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO HAVE A REAL SAY IN WHAT COMES TO THEIR COMMUNITY.
